When customer are completing online applications, make sure they save often if it is possible. It is very discouraging and frustrating for a customer to complete a long application only to have it lost because it was not saved.
If possible upload the resume first. Many application programs will fill in most of the application information from the resume automatically. This cuts down the time needed to complete the application.
