Public Access Computer Help

A large part of our time is spent helping people at the public access computers.  The first thing you may need to help customers with is signing on to a computer.  The following document is instructions for signing on, changing passwords, adding time to a session and printing:  Public Access Help.

Other things you will need to help patrons with are:

Create an email address

Save images and place in a word document for printing

Attach a document to an email message.

Using a phone, upload a photo of a document to Google drive and convert it to a PDF. (This is for locations without a scanner.)
